300 or 600 years AD - which? just ramblings that happened to mention the same words 'dark matter'. you are right I'm not cotton picking smart but you are cotton picking dumb and on this little goose fart of a planet in our un-trendy, beautiful, awe inspiring galaxy, that's good enough for me. try to enjoy the truly beautiful things we know are there neutron stars quasars black holes. you don't need made up rubbish to understand there's more than we'll ever know around us. good luck and peace

First off Michael Ruse is making a category error. Naturalism or evolution requires the entailment of a liner hard determinism and is not a proven scientific fact as ID is showing it ti be limited and constrained by the biological mechanisms its self.
You gave a good answer for those in the box thinkers who can't think outside naturalism/materialism

idiot omg sorry i had to say it

lol big fail
think before you put up a vid

Dark matter is just a place holder for (we think) an undiscovered particle.
It does not "create" galaxies, it adds to the already understood gravity fields.
I hope you're a poe, otherwise I feel very sad for you.
is that why the creators of the theory of evolution made it up ?

You need to check your facts. You are very misguided. "dark matter" does not "compose" visible matter the we see in the visible universe. It is an entirely separate form of matter which we hardly know anything about. Dark matter is in no way shape or form responsible for creating the universe as we know and observe it. Saying it is, is like saying Mars is responsible for creating Earth. Dark matter affects gravitation, hence why we know it exists. Augustine said dark matter. big woop!

@JBeezie428 So you have a theory that you follow !? Big woop !

my theory is simple. I believe things based on evidence. And evidence is something which can be demonstrated to all empirically. That's all I meant. I'm not sure what your mention of "theory" means. Having a theory which is backed by evidence and observation is fine. Thinking that Augustine was referring to the same quantum particles which people like Higgs are referring to, is simply a mistake.

@JBeezie428 prove it ! Because you can't prove that what he said ain't the same thing .You are still talking about theory's any way you look at it .If you really want to talk about the facts or solid evidence compute the chances of the earths size place , the size of the sun . The percentage of the chances that everything in this earth is just right to support life . Tell me what you come up with , the odds of it just happening . The age of the sun and the earth ect.. look at it all and compute
