  • thumbs up if you got here from RWJ's video

  • @dabadabaday you're wrong. there is no such thing as beer being super saturated in the freezer. ANY liquid form of matter in high pressure has lower freezing point then it is in low pressure. A knock to the bottom of the bottle releases gas from the liquid to the atmosphere in the bottle, hence bringing up it's freezing point which leads to instant freeze. This is what we learnt in primary 3.

  • Sounds like japanese... don't know that language, maybe subtitles would be a good idea. Other then that you've got great videos. Cheers ;)

  • ???

  • konochiwwaaaaaaaaa !!

  • @uwangpa spot on

  • Does it work only with Jaz beer? Does other brand work as well?

  • @TinkieWinkie888 its not about the gas. It can be explained by supercooling theory. That is where the liquid is still in liquid state although below freezing temp. once the liquid is being agitated(being knock) it disturb the liquid molecule. The shock create a nucleation site which allow ice crystals to from. Those ice crystals formed serve as a surface for more ice crystals to form creating a cascading effect that will solidly freeze the liquid.
