this video inspired me to make popcorn like 3 times a week. fresh made popcorn is high in protein, high in fiber, low in fat, low in calories. it's guilt free for me when I need to eat something at night.
After my popcorn finishes popping, I drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and pepper. sometimes i add like garlic powder too.

its high fibre and low calories only if u air pop them ,, adding peanut oil wont make it low calories dn

I knew there had to be a homemade version of the jiffy pop stove method. I want to make it now but its 2am.

Hi!! they look soo yummy and crunchy!!! i just bought soem kernels ytd ... i was wondering i can pop the corn without adding oil to the pot??soo just heat and kernel ...will it work?

@99685alexandra I've never tried it but my guess is that the kernels may burn. BUT - if you do a little experimenting, I would love to hear the results:)

I'm going to try making this for my daughter with organic popcorn and coconut oil! Looks easy enough and no microwave!

@jamielor It is DELICIOUS made with coconut oil!! I just started using it more recently but had I known about it before I would have definitely used it in the video.
