It may have been funnier if you had edited in a clip of a truck slamming on its breaks or something then the crash sound.

funny by idea and by cheapness of editing. lol I was imagining something like when I first saw the movie. Only 2 seconds of crash at the very end of a 2 hour movie for a tragic ending is pretty funny. It would be funny seeing the audence leave the room with big question marks on their faces and talking with their friends about it to make sense of the 2 seconds.
