Thanks for posting this, some great memories. I was 17 years old in 1967 and a big Airplane fan. Still am! Went to Woodstock and lived in San Francisco from 1970 to 1976, missed Viet Nam by one number. Never thought I would have two kids, a dog and a mini van... But I had the time of my life then and the Airplane was a big part of it. The Glory Days...

Best of times, worst of times.
The govt. was promoting the american folly in Vietnam.
I was a teenager, and wanted somebody to love.
But they usually wanted somebody else to love.
Free love ? Just turned out to be a false rumor. ...but a great broadside to the stale air of those restrictive times, as was the whole psychedelic movement.
Bring back (just some parts of) the 60's ! Thanks for the show.

But they usually wanted somebody else to love.'' I can relate to that. I was not born in the 60's but the early 90's. I wish i was born around that time though just for the music.
