~Joe's POV Flash back/Dream~
I rolled out of bed and hit my alarm clock, which said December 12, 2009 10:00a.m. I got changed then went down stairs. I got some cereal then went down to the basement where the TV could be heard from. As I walked down the stairs I heard Nick and Jasmine laughing then quiet. I kept walking then dropped my cereal. They were sitting on the couch...kissing...well, more like making out. My heart dropped to my stomach and I almost threw up. It seemed as though everything was in slow motion, my bowl falling to the ground, the sound causing Nick and Jasmine to jump up and stare at me awkwardly. I blinked back tears then turned and walked right but up stairs. I walked right back to my room and slammed the door. I collapsed on my bed and burred my head into my pillow. My door swung open and Jasmine stormed in. "Get out," I told her, still keeping my head in my pillow. "What. Is. Your. PROBLEM JOSEPH!?!?" I jumped up and faced her. "MY PROBLEM!? HA! WHAT'S YOURS?!" "MY PROBLEM IS THAT YOUR ACTING LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD!!" "I'M NOT! BUT IF I WERE THEN MAYBE I WOULDN'T IF YOU DIDN'T MAKE OUT IN FRONT OF ME..WITH MY BROTHER!!!!!" I yelled back. "WELL, I WASN'T YOU WALKED IN ON US!! AND BESIDES WHAT DO YOU CARE? YOU SEEM TO HATE ME ANYWAYS!" "NO... I don't..." She closed her eyes and a few tears fell. I stepped forehead and whipped them off with my thumb. She pushed my hand away, "well, you act like you do." I took her head in my hands and kissed her with all the passion I had in me. She stood there shocked then melted into the kiss and moved her lips with mine. That kiss was the most passionate kiss I have ever had, and probably ever will have. I pulled away, "was I acting like i did then?" She took a breath, her eyes still closed. "Stop. Just STOP! I am sick, and I am tired and I have had enough with these games!" She opened her eyes and glared at me. "Make up your mind Joseph, either you want me and love me or you don't!" "I have! I'm not playing games! I do love you!!" I grabbed her hips and brought her body into mine, kissing her again. She struggled against me but I didn't let her go. I let her go and she glared at me then slapped me...hard. "Do not EVER touch me again." Just as she said that Nick walked in. "What did he do?!" He stepped in front of Jasmine some. "He kissed me, twice!" Jasmine crossed her arms. "He did what?!" "He kissed me," she repeated. "WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DO THAT? DUDE, SHE'S MY GIRLFRIEND AND YOUR MY BROTHER!! IF YOU WEREN'T MY BROTHER I WOULD SO PUNCH YOU RIGHT NOW!!!!" He yelled at me, setting me off. "SHE WAS MY GIRLFRIEND FIRST BUT I LOVE HER SO MUCH MORE THEN YOU EVER WILL!!" "THEN WHY DID YOU BREAK HER HEART AND LEAVE ME TO PICK UP THE PIECES??" I lost it and punched him. "NICK!" Jasmine screeched. Nick held his eye in his hands. I stepped back and realized what I did. "Nick...I-" "Whatever," Nick took Jasmine's hand and pulled her away with him, leaving me alone with my stupidity.

"Joseph? Honey, are you awake?" My mom knocked on my bedroom door, bringing back from my memories. "Um, yeah. I'll be right down." I heard her walk down the halls then down stairs. I groaned and rolled over, looking at the clock, which said January 12, 2010. 10:00am. Perfect....

I woke up still in Nick's arms. I smiled and looked past his shoulder at the clock, January 12th...one month since that day, the day when Nick and I first kissed...and the day that Joe and Nick stopped talking... I looked back at Nick, just looking at him make all my fears go away. I smiled again and carefully took his arms off of me and got up. I kissed his cheek then walked down to the kitchen. I picked at my old nail polish as I walked, lost in my throughts. I triped over one of Frankie's toys and instantly felt two strong arms wrap around my waist, sending a small shiver through my body. I looked up. It was Joe.
