i felt "fat" or tubby when i 12 years old on wards but seen pics now from back then i wasnt , i look at the pics and think i was normal!! weird why i put myself down when there was not need!!
i was caught and hooked like a fish when i was 14 years old and i'm still with my wife to this day, good luck finding the one , maybe current man is the one !!

I am amazed at how similar our life stories are. Obese mother and sister and I was the "normal" one, mother died in my 20s, single/never married and now in my 30s, normal weight/slightly chubby in high school but thought I was huge, then really started gaining after high school, REVERSE BODY DYSMORPHIA, etc., etc....
And, yes, you also remind me of Brittany Murphy!

wow, we could write each other's life story! lol i am not sure exactly where you are in your journey but if you are still on your way to a normal BMI then have faith that the day will come when you actually FEEL normal and not just look normal :) It's amazing how quickly I forgot how obese I was. Once I hit "normal" I just let my old memories of obesity fall to the wayside. Good luck with your journey and if you want to talk more just shoot me an email! Brittany Murphy huh? I never saw that!
