@chukmaty I don't defend what Ted Kennedy did. But, Delay used that money to Gerrymander Texas. Which affects everyone in Texas.

Possibly. Frankly, when it took so long for them to convict him over something so obscure, I have my doubts. Campaign finance laws are a joke. I doubt he serves life, that would be a bit ridiculous given what a common politician gets away with. Compare DeLay to Ted Kennedy, Kennedy's actions resulted in someone dying, DeLay on the other hand is guilty of moving money in a way that was illegal, serious crime, but killed no one.

GOP unseated the Dems first time in fifty years with Bush elected.Florida was their ace card calling voter fraud but Bush won fair and square.Tom Delay who is a Texas House Rep was instrumental in this defeat. So through ACLU,high powered attorneys and Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, Delay was ram rodded with charges that were practiced openly in the past and even further over $2000 even though Harry Reid took $60,000 and Patrick Kennedy who is protected by his Father took over $200,000

Wow. At first, I was going to delete this, but it's so inaccurate, I'm going to let it stand and respond.
1 The Dems hadn't been in charge for the last 50 years pre-Bush.
2 In FL, with a statewide recount, Gore would have won.
3 ACLU has nothing to do with the DeLay case.
4 Patrick Fitzgerald has nothing to do with the DeLay case. (Susan's confusing Fitzgerald with Ronnie Earle, I guess.)
5 Those dollar figures are abstract, meaningless, and likely made up.

It is a little known fact that the Dems have a overwhelming balance of power. They have control of our stock market, our banks, our FED, our oil, our grids, housing, our media, and polls (by hacking) through shareholding, ownership or just good old fashioned buddy system.
As for the numbers that is what the media reported.

Democrats control American oil. Now I've officially heard it all.
Also, "FED" isn't an initialism. It's short for Federal Reserve Bank. I'd tell you to get a clue, but Democrats control all of those and won't likely give you one.
