Allah bless Afghanistan! Just because of some people who are mislead by corrupt governments, Islam is seen as an evil religion. But I say no, Jihad doesn't mean kill non-believers but something more beautiful: internal struggle against sin. The holy Quran mentions Jews and Christians all the time respectfully as believers, so why would it make sense to kill your brothers and sisters that share the same belief.

@WallStwizkid i dont think you even bothered to study a timeline of afghanistan in the last 30 years. it was on its way to becoming a fully functional modern society. its a representation of what once was and is now destroyed.
