Wow! the license # of this ambulance is "119". when you need an ambulance or a fire engine in Japan, call 119!! police is 110 btw. I think this truck transports milk.

This is standard, I think... in here Japan, construction trucks are smeared with dust or mud sometimes, but most of tanker trucks and long-distance trucks are polished perfectly. I guess it's because all drivers love so much their trucks :)
