I don't think that it deserves my "good intentions" after such a hamfisted, absurd attempt to coerce me to personal shame and regret.

it would not occur to the wise toothfairy that it might be the ignorant reader that is the problem. The book has helped many but one can not force you to read it with good intentions if you haven't got any
