Chemtrails in Mohave County Arizona Agenda 21

This short video shot in Golden Valley Mohave County Arizona is just an example of Chemical spray in the sky.... these are not civilian jets. They do not follow a regular path or timing... we have weeks without a trace of any airplane then at specific time they appear all together.

(a) Prohibited activities The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)- (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes: (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity. (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents. (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

These are NOT contrails, or water vapor. We see those as well on the same day, same times and we know the difference. My friend is in Wsconsin today fishing and getting blasted right now. They are everywhere. The United States of Eugenics is upon us.

People need to print up thousands of flyers warning people about this and stick them everywhere with wheat paste so that they'll be difficult to remove!Pass flyers out,put them on windshields and in mailboxes.One of the companies that's doing the spraying is called Evergreen International and they are located in Marana AZ and McMinnville OR and the jets they use were designed to drop chemicals on forest fires,but now they are under contract with the CIA and US Government.

I`ve known about aerosol programs for some time.And this stuff is for real.There are many applications for this technology,none of them good for us or the environment.All of us are vulnerable to the fallout particulates.Very important to use a respirator when outdoors,detox and to boost your immune system.If you think this shit isnt in the air,you may take a high-candlepower spotlight at night and see for yourself.Smokers and asthmatics are even more vulnerable.
