Best Buy is a joke. They cut loose all their supervisors and then force the employees to take all these tests without compensation or training. The Learning Lounge is a complete utter waste of money and its a total failure. Employees should have an option on taking these tests. Heres an idea, stop paying tons of money to corporate level people.Buying Napster for 500,000,000.00 was another stupid move. How many jobs did that cost
