Jim O'Brien Memorial Paddle Crew

Kayaker friends of Jim O'Brien. Jim passed away from an accident while at Hubbard Brook in Granville, MA on March 16, 2010. Jim was part of the annual Westfield River Wildwater races which is the longest consecutively run wildwater race in the country and starts in Huntington, MA. Jim helped those unfortunate paddlers who couldn't quite make it through the novice race portion. This video is of his friends doing a memorial paddle run on Saturday, March 20. The portion here is just after the start from the Knightville Dam. Jim will be missed.
