man...this has got to be THE most epic boss battle i have ever played in my entire 15 years of gaming. sure, Kefka himself is disappointingly easy to kill, but the EPIC music theme for the whole thing is one of Uematsus best work ever. and the art for each of the tiers and Kefka himself is just so awesome. if you don't actually take the time to get every secret ultimate magic, weapon and armor and acessory, the battle can be difficult. I give this battle a 9/10
