Lindros was a wuss? Are you serious? Eric was as strong or stronger than Twist. You can see Twist is picking a fight to get him off the ice...there was no reason to fight. You get your best guy off the ice...for Tony Twist? A stupid trade....

@buttkick22 I cant stand Lucic just for that reason. Then he goes an quits during the Orr fight on top of it. Lindros was a cunt. Twist would have embarassed him and he knew it. Picking fights with guys like Verbeek an R.Niedermayer was his bread n butter. Spoiled bully with lots of talent and no heart is the definition of Lindros. Ppl would die to be drafted in the NHL and he refused to go to Quebec. He only fought Grimson cuz young players actually had to earn respect in the old NHL.

@joebruin666 beukeboom, stevens, hatcher, daneyko, chris simon, odelien, grimson, quintal, mcsorely, mclaren, simpson king, thornton etc are all outsized non fighters? C'mon man. SO he didn't fight a worthless goon like twist. So what. The same bruins fans who make fun of him for this are the same ones who say "Why would lucic ever fight a guy like laraque". And lindros was a much better/more important player than lucic ever will be

A guy like lindros who seemen to fight more of the smaller guys could of gained respect fighting a guy like twist. In 97 joe kocur tried to get lindros to go. he looked at lindros in the face and said you wanna fucking go with me?? Lindros went to the bench. smart,if joe did land a punch lindros would of been out with another head injury.

as good as everyone seems to think lindros was as a fighter even i know lindros wouldnt drop the gloves here because he knows twist would have toasted his ass twist was one of the nhl greatest fighters

@Sharksfan27 He's an all time great.He totally lived up to the hype,and unlike Wayne or Mario and others,he was able to do things that were unimaginable to the others.His game had everything that you can wish in your dreams your favorite player had.Once in a lifetime player,a slam dunk HHOF inductee.
