Yo,
Of course you can do it. You'll have to prepare your 3D character, build morphing faces with the lips phonemes A, E, M, O and F (minimum for the lipsync, but you can add TH and other lipsync phonemes, and of course eyes expression and others). Then you'll have to choose a song you like, analyse the lyrics and work on it during 8 hours ;-).
