Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner US Intro

The intro from the US version of the Playstation 2 game Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner. This game was directed by Hideo Kojima (the director of the Metal Gear Solid series) and made by the MGS team.

This is pretty much my favorite videogame intro of all time as well as one of my favorite games of all time.

Man Hideo Kojima is like the King Midas of gaming everything he touches turns to awesome. I have looked at the mech multiple times but where in the world is the cockpit, I think it might be in the head because its not in the torso

The singer is Maki Kimura and the song is called "Beyond the Bounds". Its a mix of English and a made-up "Martian" language.

well, i not complain if they make xbox360 but they still can't make a decent game like MGS 2&3 or ZOE 1&2 back when the first Xbox came out. Most of us know their graphic limit of xbox is far better than PS2 but in the end, they can't make the game decent enough to say is better than PS2. Microsoft won't even upgrade their xbox360 to blu-ray that may help better the game quality. Most PS3 owners is angry because most games that made for multi version has to follow the lacking 360.

Actually, people made games for the PS2 because it was the most popular, not because its games were not possible on the Xbox, just like how the Wii is popular right now despite not even having HD.

And most games run better on a 360 than a PS3, a Blu-Ray will do absolutely nothing except allow you more FMV cutscenes, 3D data actually does not take up as much data as you expect,

I may have some good news for you guys. Hideo Kojima didn't go to E3 this year. So one game journalist managed to get an interview with him . While there, he showed the 2 HD collections as well as the new FOX Engine which will be used in their next unnanounced game which they are in the planning stages of. I have a feeling its ZOE3. They said they couldn't make it a year or 2 ago because of the various MGS games. Now that 1 is out (MGS: Peace Walker) and another is almost out, its possible.
