Pelican cases are good, but not close to being the BEST... Starlight Cases out-performs Pelican in every MIL-C test.. and less expensive...

Sorry but I don't trust reviews distributed by the manufacturer. Even if you state it independent. But i have no doubt it's a tough case.

Used them at work for years, just ordered a 1550 and should arrive in a couple weeks. Can't wait!!!

ok, so one conclusive test. but the beef i have with the others is that, how do you know if they're just using the same one? Or if they're using multiple ones, ALSO they don't give you show you the contents after each test. The only way i'm gonna know for sure if it's durable is to witness it first hand! lol

get your hands on a case, until you do you will never truly understand. although ive never floated mine, it has been dropped at the max 12ft, set on fire, and rained on of course. 3 years old, still runnin.
