good job Justin. It looks like they could have adjusted the chair for a better fit though. The headrest was too loose which could be why you had such a difficult time controlling it.

Yeah, the guy who normally handles all the adjustments was gone that day. We winged it on our own with just the PT there. But he is getting his own on order.
