Hi! I want to buy one to make a home server. I want to know about the working temperature and the noise of the fan. Is is quiet?

The temp is around 50C idle in my mitx casing. The 330 can overheat n throttle down during long hrs of hard use. I even had it turn off the system several times cuz it past shutdown temperature limit. The fan is not loud but quite useless best to remove n sub a 120mm fan on the casing to blow on the chipset n cpu.
