@fredrickausterlitz Go kill yourself idiot. Murrow is the considered one of journalism's greatest figures. Who are you but some loser on the internet posting your tea-bagging glen beck bullshit. Do the world a favor and go kill yourself loser.

Murrow was just another mindless liberal in a long line of mindless liberals that make up the mainstream media. He deserves neither respect nor admiration. If he were broadcasting today, thankfully he would be exposed for who he really was since we now have alternate media sources to balance out the liberal bias. In Murrow's day mainstream liberal bias was all the people had for news sources.Murrow's era was truly the Dark Ages of journalism.May it stay forever buried along with him.

@lovedetective We already have one in Keith Olbermann, and look what just happened to him. He's been suspeneded for the stupidest reason, he neglected to ask permission to contribute money to Democrats :(

We won't have a chance to regain our freedoms in the U.S. until more than a few journalists grow balls as big as Murrow's.

The Red channels sound like nothing more than a 1950's Fox News. LOL!

Coulter and Bachman have in the last couple of months accused many in power of being socialists Mr stevevandien coulter is worse than all of them. Since she could not get the families of 911 to back Iraq she called them harpies and showed her true Media slut trying to sell books colors. The families wanted to be left alone we all went in theory through 911 but the families of the dead live 911 daily. Bachmann i wont comment on because I just wonder how a vapid person like that gets elected.
Senator Joe McCarthy's actions made the commentaries by Murrow an obligation. We're supposed to live in a nation where you can believe any ideology without persecution, and the Red Scare was contradictory to the foundation of our democracy. History has proven that, and it has also proven that Murrow and Cronkite have been and will remain two of America's most respected journalists.

Mr Beck is the Continuation of Facist Mc Carthism Fear mongering and yellow as any one ever born on our soil, the new Tea bagging right is doing it again. The Red Network was her fictional depiction of all who she did not see eye to eye with and when you look her image should right next to Sarah Palin they are equals in Facist love of right winged ideals. We saw this before with the help of Fox Savage and the over-represented right we are seeing it again. again thay will go down!!!
