@nuckchorris1225 My family loves going to Grundy Lake too, but you are a little off with your facts here. For clarification the rock you can jump off of with the rope is in White Spruce and you are jumping into Gut Lake.

My family loves it, we've gone up to grundy every year for the last 10 years. There are rocks you can jump off in Poplar - you land in what I think is called Bear Lake, it's so deep scuba divers couldn't reach the bottom and there's a rope for climbing up so it's super safe. Ask around the beaches for better directions - it's a fairly well known destination and can get a little busy in the afternoon. Watch out for blackflies they'll get ya.
