Lucky catch! It was great that you captured this on camera. This train started it's journey at Calais. But the original Orient Express, started its journey from the beautiful Belgie coastal city of Oostende.
Unknown to yourself, and all others at the time of you recording this video, in the first two months of 2010, the Venice Simplon Orient Express, would no longer operate. The cost of running this train was too high, its sadly no more :-( So you saw a piece of railway history, saver it ;-)
