This is final project for Photo 101, but part of an ongoing effort of mine to capture photos of people while in their cars. Regardless of race, sex, or social status these people all share the need to commute. Some more willingly than others. They are most likely not aware that they are being photographed. What is revealed is a moment in their lives that they would never expected to be captured; a true moment in their journey through this urban landscape and life.

As you said in the commentary, it's a very truthful moment that you've captured. The reality of driving is less glamorous than in the car adverts for commuters and people just getting from place to place; even the guy in the open-roof sportscar is looking somewhat sedate or pensive.
And the music you chose elicits a feeling of sedateness and distance that seems to encourage sympathy or empathy or both with the drivers in their isolation.
