Good tips. I recently just went back to blonde after coloring my hair black/brown/red for two years. I'll look into the John Frieda and then upgrade to Alterna if I don't like it. :)

Hey I was wondering, i have wavy, frizzy hair, i also use a hair straightener so my hair is damaged even tho i use a heap of heat protectant and i was wondering if you know any products like a shampoo and conditioner that would be good for my hair? I recently got the dove intensive repair shampoo and conditioner and it seemed to dry out my hair? before i was using an elvive shampoo & conditioner, it seems to only soften my hair. Have you got any tips, for healthy, shiny hair kinda thing?

@000naila i use it after showering and before any heat products. they have one for heat protectant
