If your upper arms feel a little jiggly, it is time to strength train. Here are three of our favorite moves designed to shape and sculpt your triceps, giving you graceful arms for summery fashions. Two are body weight exercises, meaning you need no equipment to give your arms a good workout. The third move just requires an exercise band. Watch this video to learn the exercises and get ready for some serious toning.
