You can tell the three are not attached to the cross at their midsections by ANYTHING... look how the two robbers each dance on his cross. But the one playing Jesus is standing perfectly still. I am sure they each are tied at the wrists and the ankles so they won't fall off. Plus, they weren't up there for two long. Once the body attached up there tires out, the person tends to sway or balloon forward like a bow (as in a bow & arrow).
