How do you have this mounted to your chest? Also whats up with the cracking noise?
-
does the remote control work well?

Oh my! This was just like sitting on the back of the bike. I just waited for an accident to happen :-). Great vid!

I was just stating the fact that the Veho Muvi HD10 has a LCD screen unlike the Gopro which you have to buy seperate. Hope that clears it up : )

Hi Motorbycle, lol, yeah looks strange, I think the camera was a little too low on these first vids.

Hi CycleMan2200,
I think the noise is distortion from the foam I placed over the microphone to stop the wind whistling through, never really noticed before. I must get one of those waterproof cases to see if that helps with the sound?
I mounted it to my chest by taking apart the clip mount & bolting it to a plastic plate I made; but with a wedge shaped piece of wood in-between to get the angle better, then I got some elastic & plastic clips then ...hey presto.
Angle could be improved though.

@leedub1kid Mate, mine had the same noise and it wasnt the wind (did it in the car) its an internal fault with the camera. Got mine replaced on warranty. Just thought it might help ; )

Yes, the remote works very well. It takes some getting used to if you set the camera on battery save mode though; you have to press record on the remote once to switch the camera on then press again till it beeps, then it's recording...hope that's clear : /
