Libertarians are in favor of honest, clean campaigns. Obama has taken the higher road and Libertarians appreciate that and many will probly vote for him because of that.

Indeed the smears have been so bad this time around, that pretty much all news media has exposed a good portion as out and out lies - even Fox has questioned the McCain camp at times, which REALLY says something! And it has helped Obama in the polls - no question. I think it's great that many Americans have finally turned their BS detectors on, and the indicator at the McCain end of the gauge is gagging! No matter how they try to spin their attempt at deception, they're digging themselves DEEP.
