  • JoePa is THE most incredible man. My Grandpa passed before I had the pleasure of meeting him and Coach was always a Grandfather-like figure to me, ever since I was 8- or so. I wish I coulda had more than one season with him, but I'm lucky to know I was at his last football game. RIP Joe, you will never be forgotten<3

  • @duck1248392 well said. he will be missed!

  • What a wonderful tribute to Coach Joe. It breaks my heart that he's gone from our lives, but it lightens my heart knowing that now my Dad can hang with him in Heaven. It never mattered if you've never met him, we were better students because we knew that Joe would want us to perform at our best. And yes, We are because He was.

  • @MommaGuin87 we definitely are because he was! Glad you enjoyed the tribute

  • Today, Heaven hired the BEST coach EVER!

  • @sbrubakerjr That's a great quote. One of my favorites!

  • Thank you, Coach Paterno. Forever in our hearts.

  • Rest in peace, Joe. There will never be another like you. You made the world a better place.

  • @HWolfe71 thanks, trying to figure it out right now. Regarding the number remember it's the same player for 4 years so you divide the total number per year by 4. On average a recruiting class brings in 25 new players per year give or take with walk ons, etc. So 25 X 46 is 1,150. So "Over 1,200" is probably a safe number

  • @VuonoNYC Thanks. I knew it had to be a lot. I'm not sure how you edit and re-post

without deleting the already 6,000+ that have watched.

Check the number before you edit - I believe most teams have a roster

    around 100-125. so 100-125 times 46 years equals 4,600 - 5,750.

Try the help key at bottom - it may assist with editing.

Thanks for doing this. We Are....

  • @HWolfe71 Correct but actual number is about 1250 as HC. I had 400 as placeholder and published before editing. How can I upload the correct version over this one without starting from scratch with number of views?
