do you known a MB tutorial for this?
"2. wait for new MoBu release and pray they will add this feature"

One Question!
Are you now working on Mafia II?

Actually no. I'm working on Crysis 2 at Crytek Frankfurt now.

I´m a NOOB testing the motionbuilder trial version
and I´m completely disappointed with the "fake" stretch/squash.
I want stretch the spine but "without affecting the arms scale(it´s ridiculous)".
there is a solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, not really. As of now, Motion Builder has no out-of-the-box solution for squash and stretch. What you could do: 1. set up your own relation/expression constraint to handle this, 2. wait for new MoBu release and pray they will add this feature. :) (I'd do both. ;)
