As the opening night for the School of Fish fundraiser approaches on July 21, 2010, the foundation's Co-Founder and CEO Shannon Ronalds is plenty busy - with a little help from friends new and old - in bringing the world's first floating patio to fruition.
Seating 12, for 60 nights, the floating patio will feature five courses of sustainable thinking crafted by C Restaurant's Executive Chef and School of Fish Co-Founder Robert Clark.
