The Fitness Centre on the brand new Ruby Princess is located on the 16th deck at the front of the ship. It has all-new equipment, primarily Precor machines: 22 treadmills, 8 cross trainers, 20 spinning bikes, 5 stationary bikes, 1 rowing machine, 18 weight training machines and a free weight area. All of the electric-powered machines have personal television monitors, and headphones are provided with disposable ear pads. A modest number of fitness classes and spinning classes are offered daily in a small studio gym area, some at additional cost ($12 per class).

This video was taken at about 4pm during a cruise that departed Ft. Lauderdale for a Western Caribbean itinerary from Dec. 6-13, 2008. The 113,000 ton, 3,080 passenger ship was built by Fincantieri in Italy and was launched on Nov. 7, 2008. The Ruby Princess has 18 decks (15 above the water line)and is 965 feet long.
