  • One thing I forgot to mention, organic products are not guaranteed to have vitamins or minerals, one Kashi-brand snack I tried may have had a little bit of iron (maybe 4%) but nothing else.

  • @starrynowhere I've cut down on sugar somewhat, neither of my parents is diabetic but some relatives have had it. One example, I used to pour extra sugar into cereal. I realized I didn't need to, it tastes fine without it. As for weight, I'll just say my brother used to be skinny, now-not so much. So I'm not going to think I'm immune from gaining too much.

  • I have a gluten intolerance and diabetes so my diet is pretty strict but at least it helps keep my weight down. I was also found to be anaemic at the end of last year and like you was sleeping for about 11 hours a day in total so I know what you were going through, but six weeks of iron tablets got me back on track and I'm not nearly so tired now. Health problems follow me around it seems but at least they help me keep my figure better than if my diet wasn't controlled!

  • @cowcowsam1 I'm between 5'5" and 5'6", it's one reason why heels are helpful.

  • Hi, i'm sorry if you had health problems, but diet and exercise is a very important thing.  How tall are you? I'm 5'4" myself. I think that's a great height. I still think that you are a very beautiful and wonderful person. Have A nice day. Pinky
