Excellent video with wonderful speakers and excellent information on veganism. I applaud the wonderful vegan mothers who are truly taking proper care of their children's health and educating them on animal rights. I love the part where Isabelle continues after her brother and says, "But we never chose to. We chose to eat vegan" regarding their food choices at their dad's and paternal grandparent's place. Lovely. Thumbs Up.

I stopped eating beef about three years ago and feel so much better physically. I suggest people start with eliminating beef and processed foods.
