No debt crisis? 14.5 trillion nat'l debt. $62 trillion in unfunded liabilities from Medicare and SS. $3 trillion in unfunded liabilities at the state and local level. BTW, our national debt is now 100% of our GDP in August.

There are so many facts that are omitted here, that I could go on all day. Dems ran Congress under Reagan. Repubs ran Congress under Clinton. The worst spending has been under Pelosi-Bush and now Pelosi-Obama. Hartmann is not honest as he deliberately omits facts.

I guess that woman and you are the sort of people who go "America is not a democracy, we are a republic!"

A republic is a representative democracy! People elect representatives to decide matters of state for them. The people should have the power to elect, oversee and replace their rulers and representatives!
