Afternoon of 4/25/2008; Heading west 120 just a little past 12/59.

A just a lane change for no immeadent reason and without a bit of turn signal. Suspect she was getting out of the way of the next guy, but there really isn't any reason until the car behind you is even with the car next to you. There is a quick shot of the plate at the end (about 2.5 minutes down the road...still right in front of me). She was only about 1 second in front of me when she entered my lane, so she gets a "cut off", but she pulled away at less than 5mph which is small enough I'm ignoring.
