I play football and I had a concussion few months ago but I didn't know it so I kept playing during two weeks before consulting our trainer but could that make my concussion worse?

This is perhaps one of the easiest to understand videos that explain a concussion and what someone should expect if they have one. I think where some people get into trouble is when they get into a rush to return to play or work and they aren't honest about their symptoms.

When I was 7 or 8, I fell off this tunnel thing on the playground. It's about 4 feet up. I smacked my head on this pole and blacked out for a few seconds. The nurse called 911 and I went to the hospital. Got a CAT scan, threw up some Tylenol, and was released around 9:00 PM.

I'm so glad for this video, thank you! :) I recently got a concussion in color guard when my friend accidentally brought his flag down on my head. I've never had a concussion before, and it's probably just a mild smack, I thought I was overreacting some with all this sensitivity, dizziness, headachiness, sleepiness, and nausea... ness xD I have been hit on this side of the head before, though we never diagnosed a concussion (thinking back, there probably was one x( )
