In response to HVAC-Talk ban.

Here is a quick video explaining the current situation for those that have asked.

Just to clarify watching this as I post it I did not clarify the "double warranty"
Goodman equipment comes with a 10year parts warranty, if part of the Goodman equipment fails say a widget, they will give me another widget for free.
What is not free is to have a HVAC pro come out, diagnose the widget, remove the widget, and install a new widget, that....can be expensive and why I purchased this warranty, although it has covered basically nothing so far.

You need to go to toastmasters. No more ughs. Those companies are sad. I hope you have resolved those issues.......I used your situation to remedy a problem at a house in St. Aug. Really short return plenum and a return line too close to the return. I know those companies and good luck getting them to do it right.

Don't even worry about the liar deal, just get your ac fixed.
