good call on burying your stuff. you'd be surprised at how many people leave piles of juicey-looking bags laying about. a good rule is to take only what you need to the beach and if your bag goes missing, you can feel good that there's a kid sitting somewhere with a great book and no chance of a sunburn.

This makes me so happy. I was born and raised in manhattan but me and my brother and sister went to Viequez a couple of years ago. I would LOVE to go back
