Roto-Molded Seamless High Density Polyethylene Hull
Our hulls are formed in an oven using a manufacturing process called roto-molding. It enables us to make our hulls like a modern kayak or canoe. Our hulls are seamless, and are not glued, welded, or laminated together. There are no false floors or decks that create voids, snags or black holes. Our decks run seamlessly into the side walls creating heaps of usable space that is friendly to knee caps, and toes. Our boats are built using a propriety high density polyethylene resin, SFS 2000, backed by rigid linear high density foam, SFS 2000. The result is very tough, very quiet boat that slides on the water unlike any other drift boat on the market.
