1. the amount of snow doesn't mean shit.
2. the stairs are still uncovered in parts.
3. the spots in most pro vids are in the middle of the city. Hence they are cleaned off because the city is legally responsible to clear them so citizens can use them. This kids are not a city.
4. there just having fun man, that's what its all about. sick rail guys, i wish i had one like that around here, looks like it'd make good practice. All mine around here are sketchy as fuck or patrolled by cops.
