Whenever i dislocated my shoulder during a football game, The Head Trainer would grab my wrist pull it down by my side, put her hand on my elbow, and Abduct it from my latismus in a jerking motion and pop it in, i payed no attention to it, but it turned out she weakened the tendons in my shoulder even further, making me require surgery. It got so bad to where it didn't even hurt when it dislocated. But it would take half an hour to get the tendons to pull it back in

Yes The external rotation method is the best to relocate the shoulder. I do it myself...

Have you had a full operation of your shoulder yet? I mean, keep dislocating a hundred times sounds absolutely crazy to me! Has there been any noticeable fractures to your bonemass?

I think I've been in the hospital for shoulder dislocations over a hundred times, but I've NEVER had anyone try the scapular rotation technique on me. It seems a bit more friendly to me than some of the other techniques docs used on me. Is this a not too well-known technique? And, most importantly: is it easy to learn? I'm trying to educate some of my friends how to put my shoulder back in so I won't have to go to the hospital as often.
I dislocated my left shoulder 2 nights ago and the doctor put it back without anesthesia with the external rotation method which is your favorite. The pain wasn't bad at all (I thought it was going to hurt a lot, i guess i have a high pain threshold) it took roughly 5 minutes but the slower the rotation the easier and less painful it is. Great video! five stars!
