It has been almost 5 years since the last time I made a didgeridoo from wood. I have been working with fiberglass, agave and paper because I didn't have the conditions to work with wood. I kept asking myself why I couldn't get all the conditions. Now I understand, I have been collecting lots of other things in the path... I can't remember wher I got this piece of wood so I can´t identify it, it isn't very hard or dense but it was very noce to work with it! I didn't have much wood to work on so I decided to go empirically also to feel again the pleasure of working with my favourite material for didgeridoo making.
The inside is not very clear because I wanted to emulate the termite tracks in traditional instruments. The instrument is very nice and plays in E with F# first toot.
I am so happy that finally I can work again with wood!
