Joao Silva is a 20 year old Portuguese striker who plays for Everton FC. He was signed after impressing for Portuguese Second Division side CD Aves, scoring 14 goals in his first season. Joao spent half of the 2010/2011 season on-loan at Portuguese First Division team Uniao Leiria, scoring 4 goals in only 12 games, including a brace against Benfica.

Why are we not recalling him back from his loan? It baffles me that Everton are willing to run down his contract and release him rather than bringing him back and giving him a go! We certainly know he's capable from viewing this video.
