  • @justincgs Whatever fella, you've obviously got it all worked out.

  • @FlyboyHelosim absolute utter BULLSHIT! For CAS it's completely USELESS!

  • @justincgs It's also worth noting that it's nuclear capable. This spec means a hell of a lot more than simply dropping/launching nuclear ordinance. It means the aircraft has been hardened for EMP etc. The "fly by wire" system is actually fiber optic based to give it these specs.

  • @chenoir and that's not even with AESA radar! One can only imagine the performance once the avionics etc are upgraded to F4/F5. Also the 110KN engines will bring it into a league that truly competes with Typhoon for air superiority and interceptor duties!

  • @chenoir You question my literacy, with that spelling? I think you'll find that most modern fighters can launch X weapons in one pass, but I think the whole concept of 'engaging' targets simultaneously is a little bit futile, for the sake of a few seconds there is absolutely no advantage over attacking targets sequentially. Anyhow, if the Rafale can do simultaneous engagements, I think that the F-35 probably can too.
