KLR 650 California Ride Footage - THIS Scenery Is Why I Bought My Kawasaki!

These kinds of rides are the VERY REASON I bought my bike in the first place. There's just nothing like having the capability to get lost on dirt forestry roads with a buddy while taking in the gorgeous California scenery.

My buddy Thomas and I were somewhere out in the Los Padres National Forest. Me on my 2004 Kawasaki KLR650, and him on his dad's 2008. We did indeed wind up lost, as the route we'd originally intended turned out fenced off. But finding our way back was half the fun!

I realize it's kinda creepy that you can't see my mouth move when I'm talking behind my helmet... I'm gonna look into something with a modular flip-up face before I do too many more of these ride videos... =)

I like the way you leave all the negative comments on your videos, it never ceases to amaze me how many jealous people there are out there, it just makes them look stupid. I ride a KLR 650 myself, i just wish i had the same environment you have, off roading in the countryside in the UK is frowned upon.
