Uhm its 55cm per second as well as shuffle.
And its kinda of a secret.. but :D its from the eyes of a writer and the writer control the whole world and really everyone just lives in the story the writers writing but all stories overlap each other with common themes so thus the story is overlapping and making the people in all the stories have memories of people they don't know so it's turning into a big tangled bunch of lines. Thats the jist of it.
