here's your Tuesday Burst Bout workout -- It's an awesome 9 exercise Burst that will focus on the Back, Shoulders & Triceps muscles.

Set your GymBoss Timer to 40 seconds of work & 15 seconds rest and get ready to turn your Tuesday into a fat burning frenzy!

As always, put some thought into how much weight you choose to lift for each exercise Burst...Remember that your Burst work time is 40 seconds long and so you want to pick a weight that's challenging, but not so heavy that you can't lift for the total Burst duration. Make sense? Good!
